I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but I'm really disappointed with the recent changes. It seems like the pizzeria has started using lower-quality, "economy" ingredients. The pizza I received had very little topping, unevenly distributed ingredients, and a lot more cheese than the advertised toppings. The overall quality is not what it used to be, especially considering the price. I hope this is just a temporary issue and that you'll return to the quality your customers have come to expect.

I always come here and have never had an issue until today. I got a cheese pizza with half pepperoni and pineapple and other side just cheese as well as the cinnamon wheel. Not only was there long gross pieces of blonde hair all in the pizza but it was also in the cinnamon wheel. I wasted my money and couldn’t even eat it. Worst money I could have ever spent. I would not recommend coming here at all.

Izzy is absolutely amazing! She takes great care in crafting each pizza to perfection. You can tell she genuinely cares about the quality of her work. Highly recommend!

I was ready for a wait today. Papa Murphys Sauce is the best!! I walked in ready to hopefully encourage some employees as they are probably slammed. Instead, I walk in… After seeing me, the nice lady keeps working and waits about 20 seconds. She then says “If you are placing an order, its gonna be a minute. So if you are ok with that… I asked, “Whats a minute?” She counts her orders…… about 30… So I said, OK.” I was ready. Then she says unless we get more online orders… we will have to make them first cause they are more important… I asked a clarifying question. “So, you mean if I order now, and you keep getting online orders in, you will keep making those?” She said “yes”. They are more important. Their order says asap 30 minutes and they wont understand…” I said “What about my order? I don’t understand?” She could’ve had my order taken already. Can we not prioritize the tickets? Just wanted to get some pizza and leave a big tip- but Im not important. Either way… Not mad… Bad service sucks though. Had to go get pizza somewhere else.

2nd Review: Dang it I went there again totally forgetting to avoid this one. Same young girl and even worse attitude. Absolutely zero customer service and actually I felt like I was upsetting them by even showing up. After not tipping her she said nothing and just went to the back letting a different girl make my food. Didn’t tell me if it would be fast or take awhile who knows I just sat down to wait. I’m pretty sure they put expired cheese on my food too but I’m just gonna avoid this place like the plague now. 1st Review: 1 HOUR WAIT TIME! For awhile now this location has been slipping on its service and who it hires. I had to convince one girl that “2 or more” means it can be 2 or more items and not just 2 items at a time, then an other girl tells me I gotta make it at home (different visits and same girl telling me they don’t cook it here every time). My final visit was just now. I was told it would be over an hour wait time for a single medium pepperoni pizza and the 5 cheese bread. Nobody else was in the store other than the 3 seemingly useless employees not even busy working. I think they just didn’t want to work right now and the hour wait time will help with that. I loved
